Permission is granted to temporarily use AgroShop Pro for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in AgroShop Pro
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Subscription and Payment

AgroShop Pro operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the subscription fees as specified in your chosen plan
  • Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

4. User Account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration

5. Data and Privacy

Your data is important to us. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into AgroShop Pro. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

AgroShop Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
